Martha Ledford, PCAM

Martha is a Florida licensed Community Association Manager and holds national designations of the CMCA, AMS and PCAM through the Community Association Institute (CAI).  The PCAM is the highest designation offered through CAI and demonstrates Martha’s ongoing commitment to the industry and her profession. 

Prior to founding TRIAD, Martha served as a Vice President for a large Association Management Firm in Florida.  She was responsible for the development and oversight of over 225 employees and during her 10-year tenure with the company she saw enormous growth that was generated through her focus and dedication to client and employee retention.  Martha then served as a Senior Vice President for a competing firm overseeing full operations for the company including but not limited to the CAM and Accounting operations. 

Martha’s also brings extensive experience in the development of 55+ onsite communities where she served as a Vice President for a local home builder and developer during her 10 year tenure, overseeing various facets of Association Management including her role as a Vice President of their in-house Association Management Firm.  She holds national designations for recreation and lifestyle services and brings a strong background in community and lifestyle development and management.
